Three insulated witch houses sleep 12.
Two of them stand side by side.
One witch house stands a little apart
The houses stay warm even when it's freezing outside.
Each house has a double bed and a bunk for two.
The main house sleeps 13
In winter we sleep up to 25; in summer extra beds go up in tents
Everything at the Farm Spa works in winter too 🙂
There's plenty to do in winter too
12 pairs of snowshoes can be rented, with gaiters, poles and headlamps included...
...but in summer...
...in summer, treatments can be done in the massage house; in winter we do them in the steam-sauna wing.
The house has two entrances. The back door leads to the steam sauna and toilet. The front door takes you through the veranda...
...straight into a spacious living room. It fits trainings for up to 20 people
The dining room opens onto the kitchen
Two bedrooms and a toilet are on the second floor
With a therapy heater and jade stones, the two-floor sauna is heated from below and opens onto a wide terrace.
The hidden part of the two-story sauna sits in an old fieldstone cellar; the steam room is heated through both floors
A large hot tub sits in front of the sauna terrace — it can be heated in winter too
The large hot tub fits 8–10 people
Next to the large hot tub is a summer kitchen with outdoor tables.
The summer kitchen is spacious and has everything you need — fridge, stoves, hot water...

...for the bolder, a stone-lined earth pit for roasting lamb in the ground
A 1,250-metre mown running track runs across the meadow and along the river, with a mown labyrinth in the meadow
The farm has its own swings, too
The sauna sits on the bank of a pond, which in turn sits by the river. 🙂 Thanks to the river being so close, the pond's water level can be adjusted
At the Farm Spa, nothing is forbidden to its inhabitants — children and animals included — as long as it does no one any harm
The Farm Spa has many different residents whose lives are all intertwined.
Hellad Kolumatsid Farm Spa started running children's music camps in the summer of 2021. The camps run in summer, autumn, spring and winter alike.
At the Farm Spa, time stands still...
...and nature draws closer — to the tired city dweller, the hardworking villager, the top athlete and the solitary wanderer...
...the mind settles and what was long unseen comes into view. Amazing — not even a dandelion grows under the birch!
For its part, the Farm Spa pitches in with a wide range of massages, manual therapies, and the rental and use of medical devices.
