Massage with Frantsila and DoTerra essential oils — relaxing, tension-releasing, mood-balancing.

Aromatherapy massage is an ancient art of healing. A skilful choice of aromatic oils together with slow, stroking movements eases many problems such as emotional instability, sleep disturbances, blood pressure fluctuations, stress, muscle tension and cellulite.
Aromatherapy, or aromatherapy massage, combines the light, surface stroking techniques of classic massage with the therapeutic properties of plant essential oils.
Each aromatic oil has its own specific function. Some oils have a beneficial effect on a particular organ, while others have a more general effect. Some oils calm the body, others stimulate or cleanse it. For example, certain oils have a calming and harmonising effect on the central nervous system. Essential oils are antiseptic. Some oils also have antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. An aromatherapist can help you find the right oil.
Oils linger in the body for a long time. For example, essential oils that strengthen the immune system stay in the body for up to 72 hours, rejuvenating tissues and improving skin elasticity. The molecules of essential oils that are absorbed into the bloodstream during the massage promote both relaxation and the easing of various ailments.
Aromatherapy helps a person overcome worries, releases inner tension and has a beneficial effect on various physical problems.
Drink plenty of water before and after the massage. This helps flush out waste products. It is not advisable to drink alcohol before or after the massage. After aromatherapy, avoid washing for 6-8 hours. Washing the oil off immediately reduces the effect of the massage. After using citrus oils, it is not recommended to use a tanning bed or sunbathe the following day.
It is not a good idea to come to the massage on a full stomach. Being too hungry is also bad. It is not sensible to do strenuous physical exertion before or after the massage.
